Port Environment Centre is a community environment centre and gathering place. We support the community in living sustainably and learning about our local environment. We are open Wed-Fri and second Sun of each month. Come and visit. - We have lots of FREE information and resources on gardening, sustainability and the local environment. - We can help you connect into other local things like community gardens and the Semaphore Compost Network. - We offer lots of different workshops and activities. Description

You are welcome to pick and take from our small community garden beds. These beds change through the seasons, but usually have a nice range of herbs and leafy greens (like rainbow chard). Through summer, you might also be able to grab some fresh tomatoes or other goodies. Please only take what you will use, and try not to damage or remove the plants.
