How often will I receive seeds?
You receive seeds each season — one package containing three seed varieties, delivered every three months. As part of your subscription, you also receive exclusive instructional and how-to-grow videos to support your growing journey. Members can also access our in-house horticultural experts with any question you have, plus invitations to attend live monthly, digital workshops hosted by Paul West.
Are the seeds suitable for my climate?
Our head gardener Paul West (River Cottage Australia), curates the seed selections each season, choosing heirloom varieties that are suitable for growing in as many different Australian climates as possible.
Are the seeds heirloom or organic and Australian grown?
Yes, we work with an Australian seed supplier to provide open-pollinated, heirloom seeds that are not chemically treated.
Can I receive seeds if I live in Western Australia or Tasmania?
Yes, Seed Collections that come as a part of Grow It Local+ can be delivered to both WA and TAS.
Who is Grow It Local+ for?
Grow It Local+ is designed for everyone from beginners through to seasoned green thumbs. We’re on a mission to educate, support and inspire more Australians to grow, share and eat locally grown foods. Ultimately, we want to grow more growers!
