Yen Nguyen
Yen Nguyen is the educator behind First True Leaves and a big believer that you don’t need a big backyard to grow great food. Specialising in seed growing and small-space gardens, Yen helps home growers understand plants from their very first leaves onward. Her approach is thoughtful, encouraging, and perfect for anyone keen to grow confidently, whether you’re gardening on a balcony, courtyard, or windowsill.
Paul West
Paul West is a food grower, cook, and all-round soil nerd who’s passionate about helping people grow food that actually tastes good. He’s big on seasonal growing, healthy soil, and working with nature rather than against it.
