Costa
Costa is Australia’s favourite gardener, Grow It Local National Patron and all round wonderful human being. He is deeply passionate about encouraging people to slow down, put their hands in the soil and connect to nature. Costa brings a wealth of knowledge to any growing journey and is an inspiration to any gardener, no matter the level of experience.
Mel Logozzo
Not only is Mel Grow It Local’s beloved in-house expert, helping make better growers on a daily basis, she is an amazing home gardener and passionate advocate for using our gardens as a tool for fostering biodiversity and life. Mel is based in Perth WA, and many of you will know her from her colourful and informative instagram account @rewildingsuburbia.
Sahar El-Chiekh
Sahar is a Sydney based suburban grower that shows people what’s possible when you live in a rental and grow in containers. Sahar is a font of knowledge and brilliant at making food growing fun, accessible and achievable. She teaches people all over Australia and the world through her instagram account @sahars_suburban_garden.
Paul West
Grow It Local co-founder, home food grower, passionate advocate for the natural world and story teller, Paul loves to help people along on their growing journeys. Paul shares his growing knowledge in a fun and easy going manner, perfect for those that are just starting out in the garden. When he’s not busy working behind the scenes on Grow It Local, he’s probably looking deeply into a Banksia flower or contemplating the intergalactic origin of waves.
