Paul West is a co-founder of Grow it Local, presenter of River Cottage Australia, food grower, cook and nature lover. When he’s not trying to help and inspire people to build a meaningful life around food and community, you can catch him on the far south coast of New South Wales, where he lives with his young family, old dog and 10 chickens.
