My husband recently sprayed roundup along the fence line and plants in the cracks of the pavers (against my wishes). Should I remove a layer of soil and the where he sprayed or is there some way of fixing the damage done to the soil?

My patches: Pumpkin gone mad but very few female flowers. I pollinate with little brush but they just fall off 😢 Had a great run with cherry tomato’s. Bigger tomato’s got attacked and were yuk with little holes. Green and yellow beans were fantastic over summer too. I also have papaya trees sprouting up everywhere but was told there are male and female so would like advice on how best to nurture them. I have 3 compost bins and worm farms How should I prepare for fall/winter? What should I plant now? And what would work best together? I have 2 little Aldi greenhouses where I can start seedlings. Thank you!
